Simply reach out, and we'll gladly provide you with a quote for supplying, delivering, and even installing your new safe. Now that's what we call a tailor-made experience!
Tracking Your Order:
We provide you with a tracking number once your order has embarked on its journey. You'll receive an email notification from us, containing that magical number. Be patient for a little while, as it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Then, you can indulge in the joy of tracking your package's progress, step by step.
Delayed Delivery? Let Us Know:
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, a package might take longer than expected to reach you. If you haven't received your order within 10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, fret not! Simply drop us an email at info@blui.com.au, including your name and order number. We’ll investigate the matter for you. Rest assured, we won't rest until we've solved the mystery of your missing package.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
The classic P.O. Box. While we adore their simplicity, occasionally, they can pose a challenge for delivery. But fear not! If we foresee any hurdles in reaching your P.O.
