Instead of giving up on the whole thing, we decided to see if we could salvage the setup with something more reliable. We hadn’t planned on re-engineering the whole thing, but at that point, we figured it was worth a shot.
Most cameras can technically record at night — but that doesn’t mean the footage is useful.
We recently captured two videos using a Dahua CCTV camera installed at a site that gets plenty of after-dark animal visitors (including one especially bold possum).
We added the Bluesound Pulse Sub+ to our setup to get better bass for movies — and we’re glad we did. It’s compact, easy to mount, and it delivers real depth without taking over the room.
