1. Goods Returned

Returns Procedure:

These provisions govern the return of any Goods to us for any reason:

1.1. Acceptance of Returns: Returns are accepted only if there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase or if we have corresponded and agreed that you may return them.

1.2. Pre-Return Checks: Prior to returning the Goods, please carefully review the instructions to ensure correct assembly and compliance with any power supply, plugs, and socket provisions.

1.3. Timely Return: Goods must be returned to us promptly upon discovering any defect but no later than 15 days.

1.4. Packaging Requirements: Goods should ideally be returned:

- With both the Goods and all packaging in their original condition whenever possible;
- Securely wrapped;
- Including our delivery slip or manufacturer’s delivery slip;
- At your own risk and expense.

1.5. Return Procedure: The return procedure for Goods is detailed on Our Website. Failure to adhere to this procedure may result in difficulty identifying you as the sender of the Goods.

1.6. Fault Declaration: When returning faulty Goods, please enclose a note clearly stating the fault and when it occurred.

1.7. Manufacturer's Guarantee: Most Goods are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee for a minimum of 12 months. Initial checks should be made on the plug, fuse, batteries, and manufacturer's operating instructions.

1.8. Additional Protection: If delivery was made to an Australian address, you are also protected by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

1.9. Remedy: If we acknowledge that the Goods are faulty, we will:

- Refund the cost of return carriage;
- Repair or replace the Goods at our discretion.

2. Exceptions to Entitlements:

- They received what they requested but changed their mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided they didn't like the purchase.
- The problem with the product stemmed from consumer misuse.

- They requested a service against the advice of the business, leading to the problem.
- The issue with a service was caused by someone other than the business.
