The Shelly Presence Gen4 is an advanced presence sensor that detects people even when they are sitting still, making it ideal for smarter lighting, climate control, security, and energy-saving automations.
Unlike traditional motion sensors that rely on movement, the Presence Gen4 can accurately identify real occupancy, helping prevent lights turning off while someone is working, reading, watching television, or simply sitting quietly. It can track up to six people simultaneously and supports up to ten custom detection zones, allowing automations to respond differently depending on where people are located within a room.
With support for Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, and Matter, the Presence Gen4 integrates easily into modern smart home systems. Adjustable sensitivity settings help minimise unwanted triggers from pets, children, or robot vacuum cleaners, while the built-in light sensor enables lighting automations based on both occupancy and ambient light levels.
